Findlay House Global is recruiting for a Marketing Specialist for a World Bank funded project that includes Development of a Nation Brand Strategy and Brand Identity in Jamaica. The objective is to develop an overall Nation Brand Strategy for Jamaica, inclusive of the development and design of a national brand identity, as well as, the design and production of creative assets/marketing collateral.
Findlay House Global has been shortlisted for this assignment.
This position is contingent upon winning a contract award.
ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist will be a key Findlay House Global project team member.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the FHG project team through providing overall technical leadership support in developing a brand and marketing strategy that targets a global audience in a way that is inspirational to Jamaican nationals and drives global awareness and commerce for Jamaica.
The Marketing Specialist will:
Support the final strategy and implementation
Contribute to the development of a brand strategy and a comprehensive marketing and execution strategy
Guide creation of short-term, medium-term, and long-term brand evaluation measures
Contribute to the preparation of the final report to ensure that it is complete and meets World Bank and PIOJ requirements
Support the development of the visual identity of the nation brand
YOUR EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
Degree in Marketing or Related Field (Master’s Degree preferred)
8 years or more demonstrable experience in developing and executing marketing plans/strategies
Experience in developing marketing strategies and monitoring and evaluation tools for plans/programmes/strategies
3 major (totaling US$50,000+ or JMD 7,500,000+ each) completed contracts in the last 5 - 10 years
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Experience leveraging digital channels as a means of communication and promotion.
Knowledge of the country of Jamaica including its government systems and culture
