Our customized training solutions are designed to address specific needs and promote growth, helping to ensure everyone is prepared to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities that come with working towards community development.

Our evidence-based, learn-by-doing training workshops offer brave, yet safe, spaces for community collaborators to share lived experiences, furnish skill and knowledge gaps, and strengthen systems of delivery. Participatory exercises include: structured discussions, role play, small group activities, and more.

  • We unlock dormant potential by offering training that re-power communities by boosting community participation through reducing barriers to involvement.

    We offer two customizable civic engagement programs - O.U.R. Development™ and Y.O.U.R. Development™

  • Creating brave yet safe spaces, in-person and virtually, to learn and explore the legacy of oppression, power, socialisation, and the implications for development. Often done in conjunction with equity responsiveness assessments.

  • Training individuals in a particular subject matter or intervention and giving them the tools and resources needed to train others.

  • Conducting in-person and online expert panels, focus groups, roundtable discussions, training courses, webinars, and workshops.

  • Developing, facilitating and managing single or serial trainings with tailored content, certified instructors and supporting logistics.

  • Creating course content to accommodate the different intelligences.

  • Connecting community leaders and development practitioners in-person and online to encourage idea-sharing, lessons learned and best practices.
